Out of town service
If a 678425 Alberta Limited tecnician does not service your area, an authorized service technician
in your area will be arranged to inspect the goods. Out of town customers who have received the
goods via a contracted carrier or that have been picked up are responsible for shipping costs back
to the nearest location. 678425 Alberta Limited is not responsible or liable for damages suffered to
product by carrier due to improper handling. These claims have to be settled with the carrier.
Warranty
All claims and warranties are non transerrable and MUST be accompanied by the original bill of sale.
Any warranties implied are manufacturers warranties and are the responsibility of the manufacturer.
678425 Alberta Limitied reserves the right to refer the customer directly to the manufacturer for
warranty service.
All sleep sets must be in sanitary condition (free of bodily fluids) in order for any warranty work or
inspections to be honored, and in some cases, the boxspring and/or mattress may be required
to be returned to the original store location on advise of the manufacturer.
Delivery Services
Delivery charges are based on the delivery address.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure a responsible person is at home a the time of delivery. For
your protection, your purchase will only be delivered if your residence is attended.
Please ensure that your driveway, walkways, steps and hallways are clear of obstacles or debris. (ex. free
from ice, snow, bikes, toys, etc...)
Pre-measure your doorways, entrances and hallways to ensure your new products will fit. In some situations
products may fit tight, therefore you may be asked to sign a release of liability before commencing delivery.

Set up Services
Set up services include at an extra fee:
Mattresses (Sleep Sets)
- Assembly of frame, placement of bed and packaging removed. Health and safety regulations require
your old mattress must be in sanitary condition before removal if removal is pre-arranged.
Casegoods
- Packaging removed
- Attachment of legs or bases
- Hardware will not be attached
Ready to assemble products will not be included in set up.
Return policies
If you are not happy with your purchase after delivery, please contact us within 4 days and we would be
pleased to assist you in making one other selection.
On our fine selection of sleep sets, we are pleased to offer a 30 day Comfort Guarantee. This applies to regular stock items, and in order to validate the Comfort Guarantee, before the sleep set is picked up or delivered, either the Platinum Series, Excelsior Series, Sleep Shield, or the Protect-A-Bed mattress protector must be purchased from our store and used on the mattress at all times. The Comfort Guarantee program allows one (1) exchange only, no refunds are allowed, and the product being exchanged must be of equal or greater dollar value with the difference being paid if the dollar value increases. The sleep set purchased under the Comfort Guarantee must be used a minimum of 14 nights (it can take up to this time to adjust to a different sleep set), and does not extend beyond 30 nights. The mattress being exchanged must be placed in the original wrappings and cannot have any structural and cosmetic abuse, stains, rips, tears, and all labels must be intact. The Comfort Guarantee program does not include delivery costs if required.
